Privacy and cookies

This site is run by BraindAI ("we", "us"). It tells brokers about the Book Multiplier Engine and lets you book a call with us. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email, phone number and any answers you give in the booking calendar.
- While you browse: which ad brought you here, which pages you visited, and whether you booked a call, so we can measure our adverts.
Why we use it
- To arrange and hold the call you booked, and to follow up about it. We rely on taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
- To measure which adverts work. This is on by default. You can turn it off at any time with Cookie settings.
Who helps us
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) runs our booking calendar. The details you enter there go to them on our behalf. The calendar uses its own cookies so it can work.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) measures our adverts with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. This runs by default. You can turn it off with Cookie settings. Meta may use this information under its own privacy policy.
- Vercel hosts this website.
Some of these companies may handle data outside the UK and EU. Where they do, they use the legal safeguards the law requires.
Cookies
| Cookie | Who sets it | What it's for | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| bm-consent | This site (stored in your browser) | Remembers your Cookie settings choice | Only if you use Cookie settings to turn Meta off or back on |
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta | Measures which ads bring visitors and bookings | By default, unless you turn it off |
| Calendar cookies | GoHighLevel | Make the booking calendar work | When the calendar loads |
To turn off Meta measurement, use Cookie settings (also in the footer of every page). It removes Meta's cookies and stops them being set again. Click it again to turn measurement back on.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details for as long as we're talking to you about working together, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, including ad measurement. Email accounts@braind.io. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
